HVAC Installer
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of HVAC systems on residential properties, and occasional commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal, energy efficient comfort solutions for our clients. Job Responsibilities:
Work within a team to install a wide range of HVAC products for primarily residential and occasional commercial customers. Remove old equipment, measure fittings, and prepare area for new equipment installation. Assist in the completion of all required documentation of installation. Daily stocking and emptying of installation van. Responsible for regular maintenance of work equipment. Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried. Walk clients through installation process, answer questions, and be respectful of client properties. Support team with bringing old equipment to recycling. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities working with and installing HVAC products including but not limited to:
Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.
Requirements:
- EPA Certified required or currently pursuing.
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum two years installation experience required.
- Must have experience with troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
- A valid driver’s license and approval to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
- Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
- Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret manuals.
- Function well in a team environment.
- Must share in on call rotation.
Nice to have:
- NH Gas Fitter License (or desire to obtain licensing)
- Massachusetts Oil Burner License (or desire to obtain licensing)
- Plumbing License (or desire to obtain licensing)
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
